Opening on September 18th as part of the exhibition 247 and Counting at SFMOMA is Wegner’s neon wallwork, United States of Nothing.

Akira Ikeda Gallery, New York.

Gallery in New Zealand. Guillotine of Sunlight, Guillotine of Shade at SFMOMA consisted of double-sided "wall" of stacked paper. Composed of over 1.4 million sheets in forty-one colors, it is the most chromatically complex and ambitious paper work to date.

Gallery, fully occupied the museum's main wall. Two thousand circular disks, each an enlarged detail from a physical relief map of the world, were pinned to the wall forming a radiating circular arrangement suggesting various metaphorical associations - an island in a vast sea, a physical explosion glimpsed in progress, a rising or setting sun.
